It is officially published!

The game I made during summer for National Energy Foundation is finally available online! This is the link: Gas Dash.

Looking back at this project, I felt I am awesome! We only have roughly 2 months from scratch to finish this game. There are a lot of things happened during these project. I even left for a 2 weeks vacation in the end of the project. But... I still made it. I am so happy that finally it's really embedded into their new website and it's available for anyone to play it. =)

Yay! We passed the internal alpha

This evening we had internal alpha meeting. It was a awesome meeting. We got a lot of feedback from faculty to make the game even more fun and engaging. Frankly, I am glad that they didn't try to change any feature of the game, which is I had already implemented. There are only some tweaks and improvements need to be done but that's fine. I am also so glad that I found no big issue on implementing their ego to implement their partner logo into the game.

More Game Maker game: NEF

I thought I had already done with GameMaker since the end of the last semester. Who would think I will be doing a summer internship with EAE using GameMaker again? Ah well, I guess that couldn't be avoidable. Mike, my very same producer for Vinyl, was pretty concerned about not having found any engineer yet for his summer internship: game for NEF (National Energy Foundation). This game must be done within 1.5 month and they are planning to implement it into their website. After some consideration, Mike decided to use GameMaker - but, of course, it will depend on whoever engineer he got. The reason he picked GameMaker are:
- GameMaker is easy to use especially for simple 2D game
- limited development time
